I know 37 IS a lot. Just not in the grand scheme of how much I ultimately have to lose
But trust me. I am patting myself on the back big time.
As for how? I calorie count. 1800 a day. Good healthy whole foods, lean proteins, good fats, whole grain carbs, tons of fruits and veggies. 3 L of water a day and walking 10-15 mins a day. That's it!
I know the weight loss is going to slow down eventually. Maybe soon. but I am very happy I got such a JUMP on it
