I'm not sure what it is about the new menu but it's not working for me I'm having such horrible cravings and the pre-conditioning menu seems to work better and not using the HNS's and I know that you sure gain it back fast If you go off plan.

My consultant put a big X over the carb part of the menu and said I could have a fruit for breakfast and for lunch but not for dinner (( said it will make me hungrier)
Ill have to find the green menu and look at that.
I do much better with eating salads than hot veggies. Maybe I'm increasing my metabolism chewing all that 8oz raw cabbage, lettuce, kale, etc!

I also had better results on the old green menu vs the new menu. I am just sticking with that.

Lost another pound this week! I'm thinking about kicking it up next week and doing the pre-conditioning diet.
I like that I'm losing but getting restless and want a bigger loss plus step up my activity every day.
How's everyone doing?

Saturday - jumped on the scale and was down two more pounds!! I think Friday when I weighed in - was retaining water so only showed 1 lb loss.
Woo hoo!!
People have just starting to notice I'm getting thinner
I had some Bermuda very cute shorts that I bought a few weeks ago- could get them on at all! And was thinking they were not my style. Was going to return and today - was like- hmmm. I'll try them on again. They look great and even a little loose!!
