I know that this drink counts as a creamy, but I was just told to limit it and not have it as often as once per day. This is my favorite snack in the evening. My consultant told me that hot chocolate would be a better choice. I checked the nutrition differences and they are minimal. What do you think?

I have never tried them before but will be soon. I was talking with my counselor. She recommended freezing them (choc or vanilla)! YUM! Or as coffee creamer! Will be trying that soon

I am on maintenance and I don't recall this drink. Is it something new? Is it the drink where two of them equals a replacement shake?
