The little made me chuckle...many a person has made the same proclamation, and not in regards to the scale.
Get back on track. I too was letting a few things slide and it showed on the scale. I'm mad at myself, but at the same time glad I realized it and am correcting it. In fact, on Thursday I'm staying exactly on plan...it will be worth it in the long haul.
