Fulfill Fiber Drinks
Has anyone found a replacement for the Fulfill Mixed Fruit drinks? Does Diet Direct have a replacement?
I'm starting to drink these during the day to curb hunger. It seems like the closer I am getting to goal, the hungier I am becoming. Does anyone else feel this? Anyway, I mix one of these with a Lemon HNS and I'm good till the next meal. Otherwise, I might start the binge.

Ooo good one - I do the same thing at night - drink a fiber drink to curb the munchies - and hadn't thought to look for a replacement yet - I've got the box at home, so I'll be sure to write down the label and then compare it to fiber drinks at diet direct - we'll see if we can't find a winner!

Fiber Replacements
It seems to me that Benefiber or Citrusel could stand in for the Fulfill Fiber Drinks. Especially since Benefiber is supposed to be tasteless. You could easily flavor it with your favorite HNS. Han anyone tried this? I've used the Citrusel before, but it has an orange taste and a somewhat gritty texture.

I think it is on plan but I have found there is a Crystal Light with fiber (5 g) in strawberry banana and it tastes good! It also has less sodium (10) then the mixed fiber drinks. You might want to check it out next time you are at the grocery store!! I just bought them in the individuals packets you can mix with water or sometimes I mixed mine with the strawberry Sam's choice all-american water for something different.

Great tip, jmt - thx for sharing - will try the Crystal Light w/Fiber for sure! I like the Fullfill because it tastes so good that I feel like I'm having a snack.

Lots of these tips are great. Diet Direct sells the same product in the fruit flavor and iced tea flavor.

Special K also has a fiber mix for water that tastes really good (pink lemonade or strawberry kiwi). It's in the weight loss aisle with the slim fast, etc. I have found it at Super Wal-Mart and other grocery stores.

The Special K diet line has a product with protein and Fiber, I have found it in Kiwi Strawberry and Iced Tea. Benefiber also has a Kiwi Strawberry in the individual packets that is just the fiber.
You can also mix plain benefiber with crystal light, it dissolves completely and there is no taste or grainy texture. I am all about filling up on Fiber can you tel? :-)

I have ordered them from dietdirect before (the fruit flavored ones and the tea ones) .... but on checking, it appears they are not carrying the anymore. However, if you type in Fullfill Fiber Drinks in your search bar, it brings up a few choices. Familybariatric dot com has several (the fruit ones and the tea ones). These are the same 10 packs you buy at the center. They are 9.50 per box there and 7.00 per box if you buy 8 or more. They are probably cheaper when they are on sale. There are probably cheaper alternatives. I think you got a lot of good tips here. I sometimes use the sugar-free orange metamucil.

Great ideas
Thanks for all the great ideas!! I was looking for a replacement for the fiber drinks and I bought Metamucil, Berry Burst flavor. I DID NOT like the taste at all. I will look for the Special K and Crystal Light!

Watch the sweeteners in these drinks. If they are sweetened with aspartame, they are not a good alternative.
