Default Metabolic Weight Loss Centers

I posted for help with MRC but I think I posted in the wrong forum. I went to join today and they quoted me $990 for the fast program and $700 for another plus cost of supplements and drinks. Is this possible. I think is too much

I have never heard that be the joining fee! Mine was $289.00 plus the cost of HNS. My plan is a 17 week plan. I also went in telling them I could only spend less than 300 when they talked about price with me. I let them know I was on a budget and I think I stuck to my guns and let them know what I wanted from them.
I know I will have to rejoin after July because I have a lot more to loose!

So you went in for your free consult and thats what they quoted you?

I've never heard of it costing that much. Like Ang2877 I paid $289 for 17 weeks.

depending on how much you have to lose, that could possibly be the cost of the program for the entire length of time that they think you'll be on plan to lose the amount of weight you want to lose...otherwise, no, like the other girls said...it should be closer to $300.

I know my joining fee was around 300 (24 weeks) plus added supplements and I think I paid around 600 that first time...needless to say I have spent between 2000-3000 easily last year on MRC, (haven't really added it up but each week I was spend 100+ on stuff) with re-enrollment, HNS, supplements, etc...so it all depends on what was quoted to you; the duration of your plan, the supplements recommended, HNS, etc...could easily be 700 and if the new hormone test and diet plan is the new fast route that sure could add the 200 extra for the 900 quote.

I'll bet you the "fast" program they quoted you was the HCG program ... and I've heard it's really pricey -- don't know how much though. I think what you've been quoted is outrageous!

In Colorado, the fast hcg program is $500 minimum for 30 days, and there are additional costs. Otherwise, the regular program should be as everyone is saying - around $300 plus cost of supplements.

This is what I paid in December when they were running a special. It was $199 which included the enrollment fee of $59. It was for a 18 week program to lose 56 pounds. It included a year of maintenance.

I just noticed that my program ran out on May 17th but I was able to get several weeks fee program by losing at Easter and by purchasing supplements. So far, I've lost about 46 pounds so I'm not at goal weight yet.

Yes, I agree, this kind of a quote must surely include the h_c g_ program that is new to MRC and NOT a part of the original weight loss plan. Very few of us have lost our weight in this way, so dump that part of the offer and get started! Many centers don't even offer this particular option. All you need is the joining fee of APPROX $398 and the weekly cost of the hns which may come to about $40-50 per week. Nothing else is required from MRC.

You can purchase vitamins and omega's from MRC, but you don't have to.

With that said, when I began I started with their MRC6 and Cortitrim and had much success, but will never know if I really needed those items for the success I enjoyed.

All the best!

My initiation fee was $398 for 24 weeks. I buy the HNS at MRC at 10 boxes for $90. Each box has 7 and I have 5/day. Good Luck!
