Can someone tell me about the low calorie tortillas? I can't seem to find any that have less than 110 calories/. A name and where you get them would be good..

Thanks!

Hi Ronnie. The brand is La Tortilla Factory. I have found them at Albertsons and Safeway. At Albertsons, they are on the top shelf at the end of the isle where all the tortillas are. With you being 5'1, I doubt you could reach them! Ask an employee to help you with that. At Safeway, they were on the bottom shelf of the end unit of tortillas. They are 50 calories each and they are a main staple in my diet! I eat at least tostadas a week. Good luck in finding them.

Marianne, thank you so much! I will go and get some this week. I am getting kind of tired of bread and the melba toast..

Cheers!

Just a fyi, I looked all over for peanut butter extract about a year ago and the only place I found it was Watkins. I know some Wal-Marts sell Watkins extraxts but not sure about Peanut Butter, you may have to order it from a rep.

Fred Meyer also carries them - they are small 6 - 7 inches, high fiber, low carb verbiage on the package. Good with ground buffalo, low sodium taco seasoning and on plan taco makings or use them with scrambled eggs as well.

I attend the Beaverton Center. I just make a tostada with the tortillas. I cook 1 lb of ground turkey and add the low sodium Taco seasoning by McCormick. I use 6oz of the seasoned turkey and layer 6 oz. of shredded lettuce and tomatoes. I add 2 oz of fresh salsa as well. I am addicted to these! I am not fond of green onion but you could use that too. I am on my 218th day on program and as of today I have lost 82 pounds! I signed the 80 pound board today....This program is so awesome. This is the first time I have been under 200 pounds for thirty years. WOO-HOO!!

I go to the Beaverton one too! I like the gals there especially Georgia.. But they are all really nice and helpful. I usually go on Tuesdays and Thursdays around 11:00 am or so.. I am going to a class there on Thursday.. Since I work at night I attend the center mostly during the day..

Cheers!
