A little after my last post, I stalled out at a size 14. I had less time to go to the gym, and then just stopped going. So now, to rededicate myself, I plan to get up tomorrow and spend at least an hour everyday (save one) until I reach my goal. I am still medifasting, and it's expensive that's for sure, but it has also taken me less time than I thought it would to drop weight so I guess that offsets the cost somewhat.
I wanted to come back after that hiatus to say that it works if you work it, and to wish you all continued success.
Don't be me! Don't stop halfway through! You can do this.
