We have this wonderful place here called Four Oaks Farms. They sell all this fresh veggies and frozen-fresh veggies. I just get a bag of them and some beef, and spice it the way I want to. It sounds high carb, but most veggies are full of fiber, so the actual carb count is considerably lower. It's so cold here, soup sounds wonderful!

Breakfast - 4 slices crisp bacon with melted cheese
Lunch - LC Tuna Pot Pie and mixed salad
Dinner - Turkey and stir fry peppers and mushrooms
Snacks - lately I'm addicted to whipped cream cheese, sweetened with splenda and flavored with cocoa then folded into whipped cream. Just a little is very filling and satisfying.
