Polyester clothes, Ponds Cold Cream, Noxema, Toni Home Perms, Shalimar perfume, rollers & curlers (women would go shopping w/a kerchief over them), spoolies, white lipstick, blue eyeshadow, black mascara, Tangee lipstick & blush (it was the same color in the container but would magically transform to the right color for you when you put it on).
I think this was the most unattractive generation & my HS yearbook proves it!
p.s. The Vermont Country Store has excellent products...been buying from them for years.
Wella Balsam Shampoo. Prell Shampoo. Thought the green liquid was so pretty.
Lip gloss. Was an adolescent, not allowed to wear makeup but I got away with the lip gloss.
Noxema. I still use it, on and off. Used to use it for sunburns, too, but haven't had one of those in a long time.
I also remember the Enjoli song. And remember "Your Windsong stays on my mind...."
Loved my Earth Shoes. So comfortable. Buffalo sandals. Dr. Scholls...eek!
I remember being so thrilled with the first pair of straight leg designer jeans (as opposed to bell bottoms) that I got. I then proceeded to rip them on a fence I was climbing and scarred my leg as well.

Fragrances - Wind Song, Cache, Jean Nate (and some other lemon perfume that I can't recall) Love's Baby Soft, and Sweet Honesty by Avon.
Pale blue nail polish, and of course matching eye shadow.
Shampoo - Agree, Gee your hair smells terrific, and Suave Strawberry Essence.
Mud face mask.
Dippity-Doo
What am I missing?
Do you remember the Gee your hair smells terrific came out with a yellow bottle that was "Sun" scent or something? As opposed to the original dark pink bottle. Wow that smell of the yellow bottled one was so great I would do anything (almost) to have a bottle? Who made it does anyone know or remember the manufacter? Anyway I just was remembering my flatsy doll and I won one on ebay YEAH! What about the Marshmallow sole shoes? dark blue with the White chunkie soles? Anyone remember that?
I remember all of this stuff! I practically lived on Tab... What where those platform shoes with the wavy soles called? It started with an Fan..? I cannot remember!
Ooh, I found some lotion/scent at Bath & Body Works that smells very much like Jean Nate--White Citrus I think is the name. I bought 3 tubes of the lotion (had a coupon for buy 3, get 3 free) for myself for the summertime, cause that's what it smells like!
Wow, this brings back memories! I used to save up my babysitting money to buy those strong smelling essential oil perfumes from Spiritual Sky. Strawberry and blueberry were my favorites and I would reapply them several times a day until everyone around me at school was gagging and asking what that horrid smell was....
Dr. Pepper lipsmackers, which actually is still the perfect color lipstick for my coloring, LOL...
Commercials:
* I can't believe I ate the whole thing .....
* Let's give it to Mikey, he won't eat it, he hates EVERYTHING!
* I'm a Pepper, he's a Pepper, she's a Pepper, we're a Pepper, wouldn't you like to be a Pepper too?
And re: Prell -- I liked the commercial with the pearl floating down, showing how thick it was. Like that makes it a better shampoo? But it was cool.
Did I watch too much TV as a teenager?
Bell bottom jeans with patches on the seat. Grass-scented cologne. Baby doll tops.
