Hi Keya,

Good to see you are on track!
A note on the menu's that you post: I notice you eat like 3 meals a day. A number of posters (especially on the ladies who lift forum) eats like 5 or 6 small meals a day to avoid spikes in blood sugar.

How is the exercise going ?

Have a great day,
rabbit

Hey Keya, I counted up the calories for the last day you posted and I came up with around 1000. Just be sure you are eating enough to get all the nutrition you need. Whenever I deprived my body, it rebelled by binging! Good work getting back on track, but as 4rabbit said, maybe a healthy morning/afternoon snack to boost you up a little bit? Fat free yogurt with berries or maybe hummus with dip?

Keya, I noticed the same thing too, not quite enough food? My body tends to hold on to everything if I drop my calories too low.

Not to hijack this thread, but I wanted to say to Glory that I really like your approach to weight loss - read your long multi-post story a couple weeks ago. I got the book and read it, and while I've not quite switched plans, I have begun to incorporate a lot more Superfoods. Thanks!
