    1:10:00 Wedding and - wait for it - HARVESTING VEGGIES !!!! Zuccchini, sugar snap beans and yellow beans so far!
  • Love it, Jen: Were you at a wedding where a bunch of vegetables got married and re-produced, or were you weeding?

    I was weeding - apparently some of my brains fell out while bent over!

  • Friday, July 19th:

    60 minutes Stairmaster, the usual, split before & after
    60 minutes back & biceps routine
  • July 19:
    DB bench press, DB lunges, DB shoulder press, lat pulldown, DB lat flies.
  • July 19: 1 hour mat pilates class, 45 min dog walk
  • I liked the wedding with veggies picture in my head better.

    Thursday 7/18: 65 minutes of yoga - hip opener, hip opener, hip opener
  • Quote: July 12: 100 minutes bikram yoga.... Great class but now I feel lightheaded. Not sure if I'm dehydrated, have low blood sugar, or low blood pressure. So far I've had water and some sweet cherries. I can't find my blood pressure monitor so I'm hoping that takes care of it.

    I need to pack and do a million things before I leave tomorrow.

    July 19: can't believe I missed a whole week of exercising! My plans went awry when I was helping dd in Texas. We worked all day every day getting her moved and set up so my exercise had to be put aside.

    Back to bikram yoga today-- I couldn't wait!

    60 minute Yoga DVD (Yoga - Core Cross Train)

    Anyone who enjoys Yoga, we just got this Core Cross Train. It's Rodney Yee and it has 2 sections - Strength and Restorative. The Strength really works your core and then the restorative is a easy yoga stretching for the core. DH and I both really liked this DVD!
  • July 20: 50 minutes weight lifting (lats and delts)
    2 hours 25 minutes weeding and harvesting veggie garden
  • July 20: 90 min doubles tennis - playoff match for the league team. We lost. :-(
  • Saturday, July 20th:

    60 minute spin class with weight and resistance band intervals
    60 minute Pilates mat class
