Back at my Upstate gym, briefly, before we head west.
60 minutes Stairmaster, random intervals, resistance dropped to seven, because this was a different machine and I didn't know the amount of resistance on the settings
60 minutes shoulders, biceps & triceps routine

About 5 miles running in New Ashford, Mass., though I admit that I walked for part of it, as running up hilly roadsides in the Berkshires was tough

That sounds nice Iris!
Unusual bikram class today. One of my fave instructors was scheduled but she got stuck in bad traffic and didn't have a cell phone. We didn't know what to do but one of the regulars started the class. We stayed on schedule and the instructor made it about 20 minutes after class started. I was impressed with all of us....no one left or complained. There was even a brand new student there.

Wednesday, July 24th:
60 minutes Stairmaster, random intervals, resistance at nine, a different model than the one I'm usually on, and so easier, which felt like cheating
60 minutes shoulders, chest & triceps routine, lack of 17.5 and 12.5 dumbbells made me drop to 12 on some exercises and go up to 15 on others.
