-10 minute warmup jog at 6.6-7.2 mph
-DB bench press
-DB shoulder press
-Leg press with 200# in plates - ouch!

60 minutes elliptical, resistance at nine, random intervals, alternating backward & forward, and boy was this difficult this morning
60 minutes Pilates mat class, well-attended, despite people bugging out over the impending blizzard

Friday, Feb. 8th:
My pre-blizzard workout, as the air was clear when I walked over to the gym, though with a steady blowing northeast wind, and it was snowing by the time I left:
30 minutes Stairmaster stepmill, resistance at nine, random intervals
60 minutes back & biceps routine, with the trainer setting me up on the bent-over row on the Smith machine
30 minutes back on the Stairmaster
