Hey, Bill, yes, I'm right on the verge of returning to my familiar surroundings, but clearly, there's no resuming life EXACTLY where it left off. I am feeling variably cloudy, with moments of sun, like the weather on the Cape this past week. Elation, hopefulness, anxiety, with a little grief mixed in.
Breakfast is a packet of unsalted trail mix from the vending machine down the hall. I don't like the looks of the breakfast the Ramada provides. I'll take maybe an orange to go and some Splenda packets for later.
