D~still trying to clean out the freezer...could be salad with shrimp or burgers (if I have enough buns)
I apparently can't make it through a day without dessert this week. We'll see what happens tonight.
Thursday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - combo of healthy cookoff dishes at work: sweet potato pear swirls, salad w/balsamic, green beans w/shrimp, cranberry sauce, cranberry relish, sweet potato soup
S - brownie
D - chicken with brussels sprouts slaw, roasted fingerling potatoes and carrots
E - dog walk

Sigh. I succumbed to the break room brownies yesterday.
Friday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, frozen blackberries, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover steak sandwich, leftover brussels sprouts slaw
S - atkins bar if I need it (I'm pretty full at the moment)
D - sauteed mushrooms, leftover potatoes/carrots, and frozen mix veg in butter; spoon of PB (I think don't remember); glass of wine
E - dog walk

Saturday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, frozen blackberries, skim milk, walnuts
L - @Jimmy John's - turkey sandwich, no mayo, about 3/4 of the sandwich
D - @Mitchell's - 2 cocktails, 1 pc bread w/butter, cup of clam chowder, 3/4 of shrimp and lobster-stuffed cod (ate all the veg that came with it), part of piece of carrot cake
E - 20 min dog wog as per podiatrist's instructions (4 min walk, 1 min run, for 20 mins)
Sunday:
B - oatmeal, dried cranberries, brown sugar, skim milk
S - (post-workout) - G2 gatorade
L - @Panera - bowl of chicken noodle soup & piece of bread
S - PB, something else I can't remember
D - DH's chili on noodles
S - rest of carrot cake
E - swam 40 laps (=1.13 miles), 54 mins
Monday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover chili on noodles
D - roasted chicken in mustard sauce, roasted potatoes, sauteed brussels sprouts, glazed carrots
E - 30 mins yoga/pilates

Oh man. Dinner last night was yummy. We were talking about fat on the other thread . . . last night's dinner used butter in addition to olive oil and it was delish. I need to use butter more often.
Tuesday:

L - leftover chicken, potatoes, carrots, brussels sprouts
S - atkins bar
D - sesame flank steak on rice and steamed broccoli

Stayed OP yesterday. Goal for today: not to lick the bowl while making grasshopper pie.
Wednesday:

B - oatmeal w/ls apricot jam
S - cheese and crackers
L/D - 2 small glasses of wine, salad w/marinated cauliflower, green beans, small piece of turkey, tsp of gravy, little bit of two varieties of cranberry sauce, big glob of each of two varieties of sweet potatoes, couple bites of stuffing, two rolls w/jam, half piece of each of grasshopper pie, pumpkin pie, chess pie
E - 29 min wog at Drumstick Dash, 2.3 miles
Friday:
B - banana
L - gnocchi w/sauce, parm, beans, frozen mixed veggies
D - turkey mushroom casserole w/cranberry sauce, sweet potato souffle, carrot souffle, glass of wine
S - grasshopper pie
E - 90 min yoga class, at least an hour of walking Carter in parks
Saturday:
B - 2 egg omelet w/green beans & cheddar, glass of OJ, small piece of bread
L - leftover turkey mushroom casserole and sweet potatoes and carrots
D - take and bake pizza: 2 slices pepperoni & pineapple & tomato, glass of wine, salad
S - grasshopper pie
E - none to speak of

D~the whole shebang all over again, this time with mincemeat pie
Today will be interesting.
B~not sure, but I'm out of egg mcmuffin fixings...perhaps oatmeal
L~not sure, right afterward we're driving to Riverside for a wedding
D~not sure, but probably Italian at my cousin's house after the wedding (which isn't related to the wedding).
Sunday again will be interesting. We'll try to take in a movie, and afterwards we're going out to dinner.
ETA: Saturday's meal consisted of baked beans, pulled pork BBQ sandwiches on homemade rolls, Chinese chicken salad, and mac and cheese (which was quite dry and unappealing, but I ate it none the less). Didn't drink much. Oh, and dessert was homemade oatmeal cookie ice cream sandwiches--couldn't pass that up).
Sunday was egg mcmuffin/quesadilla/tamales and wine. Didn't add up to much food, but I was not hungry for any of it except the egg mcmuffin. I need to start listening to my body and not just eat when "it's time."
Sunday:

L - leftover slice of pizza
S - rest of sweet potato and carrot souffle
D - cooking light stovetop sausage mac & cheese w/extra veggies, glass of wine
S - last of the grasshopper pie, chocolate milk
E - 30 min-ish swim intervals (20 laps total)
Monday:
B - oatmeal, apple, flaxseed, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover turkey mushroom casserole w/cranberry relish
D - shrimp fra diavolo
E - 20 min wog this AM, 30 min pilates
