Katie- I rarely crave sweets-I crave salt and fat-pizza, chips, fried chicken-those are the commercials I'm drooling over . . . I haven't really found anything that will kill the craving without sending me over the edge (in other words-don't tell me to eat a 100 cal bag of doritos-I will eat bags of them . . .)- got any words of wisdom?

I am a salt craver mainly, too. Sweets kill me at TOM, but other than then, I could knock someone out for a pizza. Chili powder, mortons, and lime juice is really good on watermelon. Sometimes that helps. Also, it is not OP either, but if I am dying for chips, I will eat a few pork rinds. They are salty, crunchy, and do a lot less damage than chips.

Juliemarie- I am so with you on this one. I love salty crunchy things - pretzels (you should have seen my face when my COD said they were forbidden!), chips (salt & vinegar!), crackers and cheese, etc....I wonder if anyone has a suggestion! LOL

Katie - I love the werthers!!! *note to self* there is a reason you only eat 2 or 3 remember the night you spent in the bathroom after having more! LOL

Boo, I'll complain with ya. This is where I've been for weeks as well. Sigh. I would love to see it start moving again. Especially since I can't find a reason for it.

I hope this challenge will help.

Repo, have you tried the Skinny Cow products? The Fudge Bars and Ice Cream Sandwiches are not bad. The Fudge Bars are a Starch according to my center. I'm going to ask about the sandwiches and see what they say about those. Once it a while that REALLY hits the spot.

I love Skinny Cow, but I hate giving up a starch. I have been eating Popscicle Brand SF fudgescicles. They are a lot smaller than skinny cow, but they are only 40 calories. I count them as a half of a dairy.

Beanie- I am all over salt and vinegar chips. Also, have you tasted the Lays Limon chips? I like to make oven fries and put lime or vinegar and mortons on them.

Count me in too! I asked my husband to take 1/2 day Friday so we can celebrate our anniversary during lunch vs. dinner. Only one child vs. 3 with us ... and then I can be POP Sat through the week.

My scale hasnt moved in a month. This week I have been horrible .. and I need to get back into control.

I went to an equipment orientation at my gym Monday night and learned how to use the equipment and they are giving me another comp session with a different personal trainer. The manager said he would even discount the sessions so I can get the most benefit .. I am hoping to fit that into my budget. I just need to find out how to balance the exercise with diet so the scale will move.

So I'm in . .. ..

JulieMarie - Just got back over to this thread today - So sorry to have the positive attitude - I just can't help the sarcasm sometimes - I think for now I'm just going to have to totally forget about the scale as long as I'm eating OP - which I have been doing good at!!!

Good luck to everyone for the challenge this weekend - even myself!

Well-I had to clarify . . .I'm getting a reputation around here I just bought a new T-shirt (in the Junior plus section) that has that cute little rabbit smiling with it's paws over it's mouth and it says "I'm not mean. You're just a sissy!"

Sadly-folks seem to think it's perfect for me. Then again, so do I. That's why I bought it. Somebody's got to be the *****, right?

JM--is it a "happy Bunny" he kills me--everything is too true. I had a poster in my classroom that said "it's not that I don't understand, I just don't care"

unfortunately the types too small-it says "It's all about me. Deal with it." I think I'll keep it up a couple of days! Unless I can find a better one.
