Ive been a watcher on this forum for a while and really love the info here. I was on LAWL after my first son. Now after my 2nd Im here to lose more! Started Take Off last Sat and am working thru the old gold plan. So far so good but Im scared to step on the scale yet. Thanks for the virtual support. Glad to be able to find the threads again.
morning all. just wanted to come by early this morning and report that i got on the scale this morning and i'm officially out of the 200's!!!!
so happy!!!
I weighed this morning after 2 days of TO and loss 1lb. Hardly worth it, I think but I'll weigh again in a few days and see then.
I'm home today with a sick one (my youngest), thank goodness the fever went down. It was 102.4 when he got home from school yesterday. At 8 yrs old Jello and mom make everything better.
Way to go Jillian! You deserve it with all the working out that you do.
I need your drive.
I think we should start a thread as to what inspires us!!! Maybe that will help me.
Hi everyone, I'm so happy to have found this thread. I was on LA Weight Loss three years ago and the weight melted off. I love the plan and I loved that I would see the scale go down 1 1/2 - 3lbs a week. Now thats the kind of incentive that keeps me going. Well, I had some health problems for a while and the medication packed on some lbs. Now I have to lose about 40 lbs to get to where I want to be. I'm happy to see that I can come on here and get some support.
I began today and would like to be down 20lbs by end of April. Now that we no longer have centers, can some of you share with me how your able to stay on this. I'm the type who usually needs support and accountability.
thanks,
Bee
Bee-if you don't lose the weight fast enough-Jillian comes to your house, smacks you around and cuts off your pinkie finger.
Oh yeah-there's a contract you need to sign You know-a liability waiver and all that
.
heh-I'm in a weird mood today!
i'm not 100% sure if you're talking about me or not, but it totally sounds like something i'd do. my DH tells me i should join the military and go into human intelligence (aka..interrogation!) ha! or be a drill sergeant!
HI all --- congrats to Jillian!!! (Jillian - tell us more about your walk please??)
Been working too much and haven't been to the gym in two days...I hate myself when I don't go....!! TGIF TGIF TGIF (well, almost)
Hey Joni! I've been participating in the NAMI Walk for the past 5yrs now. It's an amazing organization that helps fight the sigma of mental illness. they also provide lots of support to families and those suffering from mental illnesses.
I even did the walk last year 2wks after giving birth to baby X! There's no way that i'll miss it!
