I have recently went back to the old colored plans. In the materials I have, there is a handout called, "LA Express Accelerated Weight Loss Program" that is suppose to speed up your weight loss even more by incorporating these guidelines on Mondays and Tuesdays.
For instance, you do your program for 2 weeks (in my case, the Purple Plan) and then every Mon & Tues (your express days) you substitute an extra LA lite and an Express protein, (from the list of express proteins) for all of these: 1 veg, 2 fruits, 2 starches, and 1 fat. You do this for weeks 3-8 every Mon & Tues. After week 8 you go back to your regular plan or it says you can use this whenever you want to.
My question is: For all of you who did the old colored plans, did you ever do this "accelerated" plan? And if so, what kind of results did you have? Did it make a huge difference? I would like to try it, but I want to hear from others to see if it makes that big of a difference or not?
