I went to my COD and my counsellor asked me to think about what is stopping me from achieving my goal weight (I've been up and down for months now, and every time I go down - I go up right after, as I tend to sabotage myself...)
And I can't think of anything that would be in my way...
What are your reasons to get off the wagon, to cave in, to loose the drive?
Is it possible that I don't want it
for real?! That I am comfortable with who I am? I am confused.........
