Yes...I'd like to keep tabs and get a weekly weight in from everyone..preference would be to just post it here. If I don't hear from you in a timely fashion, I'll probably PM you just to stay on top of things (that doesn't sound right, but you know what I mean).
My BNWI this morning was 164 (down 1.5 from last Friday). It's a start!
Here's who verbally have signed up for the challenge...and those with ** next to their name are "officially" in the challenge......there's plenty of time to be official....

You were POP, weren't you? That is why you have such a great loss Honestly, when I am POP, I almost always have at least a 2 lb loss. Not everyone sees that kind of a loss.......but usually, if you are honestly POP, you see some sort of loss Give yourself the credit you deserve......you worked hard for those pounds!!!!
My birthday was this week and as my dear BIL stated, "it was like Mardi Gras around here". So, after four days of celebration, I made myself go to COD yesterday and I am up 1.2 lbs from 165.4 to 166.6. Maybe not the best way to start off a challenge. But live and learn.
I have been guzzling hot lemon water like crazy! I'll go back to COD tomorrow and hopefully at least the 1.2 will be gone.
