i had joined and accomplished weightloss a few years ago with LAWL - i remember doing their 3-day jumpstart program, and was looking for the page with the info on it, but cant find it anywhere
would anyone be willing to help me by emailing it to me, or making a pdf or something so i can get back on track?
any chance you or someone you know would scan in the list or rules for the takeoff plan? and email it to me?
all i can remember is 2 oranges a day, some green veggies, and any proteins...
also... back then, i was a strict vegeterian, i now eat chicken and fish, so didnt know if any of that had changed also..?
