LAWL "jumpstart program"

  • hi friends..
    i had joined and accomplished weightloss a few years ago with LAWL - i remember doing their 3-day jumpstart program, and was looking for the page with the info on it, but cant find it anywhere
    would anyone be willing to help me by emailing it to me, or making a pdf or something so i can get back on track?

  • They no longer do a 3 day jumpstart. But they do a 2 day take off which is the Take Off juice (see the newbie thread for substitutes) and unlimited green veggies and proteins.

    any chance you or someone you know would scan in the list or rules for the takeoff plan? and email it to me?

    all i can remember is 2 oranges a day, some green veggies, and any proteins...
    also... back then, i was a strict vegeterian, i now eat chicken and fish, so didnt know if any of that had changed also..?
  • The limited Take off:

    It's 4 oranges a day, or 16 oz takeoff juice mixed with 16 oz water, or 1/2 canteloupe divided into fours.

    1c raw green veggies or 1/2c cooked green veggies twice a day.

    6oz protein - they specify that it has to be the same type of protein for the whole day, but I know some people don't do that.
