Hi Everyone,

I heard about this forum and finally got to check it out. Not really sure what I should say about myself...I have a husband, two cats, a lot of fish and between 70 and 80 pound to lose. I have already lost 20, which is pretty encouraging. I am not on any particular diet, but I have been eliminating garbage from my food intake-- so I rarely ever have soda, fast food, candy etc. I have been focusing a lot on exercise. I do an hour of cardio six days a week and will start adding in weights in the next couple days.

Not sure what else to add...except that I am happy to be here and look forward to chatting with you all.

Hi Grey, welcome to 3FC! I'll be soon coming up on my One Year Anniversary of joining. Without the ladies I've met here I could have never have come as far as I have.
