Hi Everyone,
I heard about this forum and finally got to check it out. Not really sure what I should say about myself...I have a husband, two cats, a lot of fish and between 70 and 80 pound to lose. I have already lost 20, which is pretty encouraging. I am not on any particular diet, but I have been eliminating garbage from my food intake-- so I rarely ever have soda, fast food, candy etc. I have been focusing a lot on exercise. I do an hour of cardio six days a week and will start adding in weights in the next couple days.
Not sure what else to add...except that I am happy to be here and look forward to chatting with you all.
