Default New to the forum! Just wanted to say hello!
I'm new to this forum and am looking forward to reading your tips and stories as well as sharing a few of my own. This seems to be a very positive and supportive network of people and I know that I'll benefit from being a part of it. Currently I weigh 188 . . . I look to drop about 28 pounds. Wish me luck!
