What a fabulous place!!
Hello, I'm new here - and amazed by what a great inspiration and support this site seems to be! I'm 31yo in Sydney, Australia.
I lost about 30kg (66lbs) five years ago, then put it all back on again - plus more! This time, I'm determined to do it right and keep it off. I've joined WW online, and madly tracking points and buying healthy foods to keep around the house.
Exercise (or lack thereof) is my weakness - I am just terribly lazy and prefer sitting on the couch. I've noticed I'm starting to get short of breath going up stairs though - so this is it!
Hope to get to know some of you lovely people as we fight the old battle of the bulge!
