your 1 point for healthy meal - is that 1 point for each healthy meal each day or for a whole day of healthy eating.
how do you define a healthy meal? everyone will have different ideas

1 POINT=1 point =1 per meal(the reason i didnt specify is bc people are on different plans so basically points are given on the honor system)
