Hey My name is lauren and I'm 19 years old. I'm thinking if I try to lose weight now it won't upset me or bother me or cause as many problems when I'm older. I'm currently 198lb but my goal weight is 168. Now I know 30 lbs isn't a lot compared to some people but I do think I will find this a bit of a challenge.
I've just recently started on the slimming world routine and hopefully this should help me but I really do need a buddy, to help me through the good times and the bad ones. And hopefully so I can do the same for them.
Would anyone like to be buddies with me.

i have been on a diet since january. when i started i was 132. and now i am 114. i have been eating healthy and excercising. it sounds like you have a great goal. good luck!
