Hello,
I'm reaching the point where I think some support will be helpful to me as I learn to manage my weight and health.
I went from 230 pounds as a teenager to 140, but it was involuntary weight loss. It was not a specific effort. I have gained some of it back and that's not good since I have health problems that I need to control. I am discovering just how difficult intentional weight loss can be and how easy it is to put on a few pounds.
I think it will be great encouragement to read others' efforts and success stories and share my own. I'm looking forward to getting healthier with everyone on here!
