Hi friends!

I hope I can call you all friends. I feel I have so few friends these days.

I'm starting down this road again today. To be honest, I haven't decided how I'm going to do it.

I'm going to start with trying to eat a normal portion size for once in my life, and then enlisting the help of the doctor. I've joined the gym.

Anyway, I have lots to ramble on about but I'll leave that for another thread.

Hi Karen! You've made a great start in joining 3FC and a gym and in cutting down on portion sizes and planning to see a doctor! Good for you! There are lots of forums and threads here, so browse around and jump right in! Good luck!
