Hi everyone. Looking for any suggestions or success stories anyone has had to get some ideas. Im currently 172 and hoping to get back to 135. Working a lot and taking college classes has limited my free time to go to the gym and I find myself eating out a lot (stupid, I know). I've tried every diet there is, but can never stick with them for long. Any advice would be great, thank you!
