Hi guys! My name is Taryn, I'm a 23 year old single mom (of a super awesome 1 year old daughter!). I've had weight issues for the majority of my life, however in High School I stumbled upon this site and managed to lose 80 or so pounds. However, freshman 15, having a baby, and eating horrible foods managed to pack that weight right back on over the course of 6 years, and quite frankly: I'm fed up with it! I'm so ready to shop "straight" sizes again, and to well hopefully wear a bikini for the first time in my life. I know it's not going to be easy, but hey! ya gotta start somewhere, right?
Anywho, I just decided to start eating healthy again yesterday. Went to the grocery store and bought super healthy foods, and so far I've powered for my first day! Yay!
My plan? well, eating less & eating better, no more McDoubles for this chick! I'm also planning on using the Lauren Conrad Smoothie recipe I found on pinterest as the main component for my breakfast or lunch, depending on the day. I made one today for lunch, and It kept me going strong until about 5 oclock. I was impressed, that's pretty alright for a smoothie...at least I think so!
