The best plan I have right now is to not plan. The way I see it I have been on diet after diet been to gym after gym. And I always fall threw. I am just educating myself, So when I think "Yeah I can go to McDonalds" The 1000 calorie Meal screams at me before I even get my shoes on. I have a life to live in this body. I might as well take the time to learn to take care of it before i jump in over my head again lol. Thanks for the welcomes
