Smile Starting my Journey tomorrow
Happy New Year everyone! I'm glad I found this site it seems like there is a lot of support
My name is Stacy and I've decided it's time to get my life on track! I'm 5'6" 323lbs I don't like those numbers but that's okay because it's all going to be changing soon. I'm a very positive person and try to see the best in every situation. I think this is going to be a new start for me. That's about all for now. Glad to be here

I think I'm going to start weight watchers. Right now I just reduced my calories and track on myfitnesspal app on my phone. What program are you on?
