Default New 1-10-13 start day
New and just started IP on the 10th. So far so good on the third day. Have had a touch of flu though, and just starting to feel better this morning...( got vaccine...so if I hadn't.... I'd be worse off..right? )
Have not had the "cravings" or been really hungry..thanks to the bug, I suppose. So far the food is tolerable. Am hoping to find a place to get information and ways to keep motivated. Also interested in how "older" women do with this program. Best wishes to all..

Thanks for the welcome. Do you know if any of the other golden girls are doing the Ideal Protein Diet?

Since I am almost 65 and doing that particular plan....I'd like to get info from my peers!! We do have our own issues and perspectives...and..... LOL...TOM is NOT one of them..!
