Default New at this. DETERMINED!
Hello. I am new to this forum. I am 28 yrs old. Happily married and mommy of two boys ages 4 & 2. At this moment I am at 206 lbs. I gained 71 lbs after having both my babies. I am not going to blame my current weight on my pregnancies because i totally let myself go after my second baby was born. I stopped eating healthy, stopped exercising, and started eating way too much junk food. I started a healthy diet today and started working out as well, twice a day. I am DETERMINED to lose all this fat. I am DETERMINED To get to a healthy weight again!! My family is my motivation....my kids need a mommy who can play with them without getting tired....most of all this is for ME!!! Today, I chose to make a life change and I am sticking to it!!!! I've been reading different posts and I'm amazed by some weight loss stories!! I love the support for one another!!
