I am new to this site. I am just starting out on my weight loss journey. I gained about 60lbs with my first daughter-and 20lbs after her birth. I know people are supposed to lose weight, but I think due to depression, I gained. With my 2nd daughter, I only gained about 20lbs, but was so big because I never shed any of the other weight. Now I need to lose some serious weight! I want to be able to move freely and have energy and be healthy for my girls-I need to get on it and finally start working. This is my first step...
