Default Back on Wagon : take 100 (x 100)

Hi all,

I have climbed on this d*mn wagon so many times in my life I've lost count, but this time, I'm trying to do the internal housekeeping that I know has to accompany the weight loss.

My biggest problem is binge eating. I will be doing great and then *bam* I go on a bender and all progress is erased, then I get frustrated and the cycle continues.

My plan is to focus on my health, not just weight loss, but learning to eat in moderation so it doesn't trigger a binge.

I know support is a big part of the journey, so I"m glad I found this site.

:Hi Kris there's plenty of room on the Wagon.
I know going on a bender is my downfall too
That's why I just try to take it one day at a time, but really it's hour my hour and meal by meal! And at the end of the day I thank God I made it through another day.
Good Luck! Roo2

Hi Kris!

This subforum http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/chic...ks-control-64/ may be of interest to you. It is called "Chicks in Control", for ladies with over-eating or bingeing tendencies. You may find some advice there.

Welcome to 3FC, and good luck with your goals!

Welcome, KrisM394! I have a tendency to binge on sweets, so if I keep some "healthier" sweets around the house and just eat small amounts a couple times a week, it helps to avoid a major binge. I can outeat anyone I know, so I can totally relate Goodluck and I look forward to reading up on your progress!

Thanks so much for the support! It's nice to know there are people out there who can relate. I will check out that thread; it sounds like it would be a good fit.
