I'm so happy to be part of this group. Is this strictly for ladies or are germs welcome? Hehe. Guess what? I just started the IP program last Wednesday and so far, it has been great. I love the simplicity of opening the packages for fast meals and I find I don't spend nearly half as much time in the kitchen making dinner. I LOVE food-who doesn't?! But when you have your own catering business-you end up with extra's that find their way to your plate. I have tried so many other fads and diets in the past and recently, bought a BodyBugg which helped me loose 35lbs-only to gain it back and more. I have a closet full of clothes ranging from size 2-size 18 I have the willpower and dedication and I know the results from the program will be motivating. I am ready to get back into shape and live a healthier ME!
Tried: Liquid diet, cabbage soup, Eat to Live, Weight Watchers, Curves, Lemonaid Diet.
