Hi All,
I am happy I found you. I have begun my last attempt at taking control of my weight. It is my last attempt because this time I will not quit even if I stumble. I am losing until I reach my goal and maintaiingn that weight for good. The straw that broke the camels back was when the scale read 250 which is 100 lbs overweight for me. Those lbs have got to go. I started Medifast 7 weeks ago and have lost 24 lbs so far. I am glad they are coming off but I feel like I need a support system because I really would like to lose it faster. I know it is unrealistic for it to happen overnight but I can't help being anxious about it. Another reason I am losing is that I have trigeminal neuralgia(a severe facial pain disorder) and I have finally decided to have surgery to attempt to correct it. I would like to be in best shape I can be when I have the surgery at the end of the year and that means dropping these lbs by then. In a nut shell that's why I'm here and I'm looking forward to getting to know you and hearing your sage advice.
