Default Hey Hey....x
Hello everyone!!!

Ok so i havent been on here for a good few years!!! I had some time offline and i moved out of my mums house and got my own little flat!!!

So now im kind of starting my life a fresh.... which means lose weight!!!

Question tho if anyone could help... if you had to choose

1 - Weight Watchers
2 - Slimming World
3 - No diet, just eat healthy and exercise loads

Just want peoples opinions! Not 100% sure what im going to do yet...

I am on weight watchers myself. I find I do much better if I have a plan outlined for me and weight watchers gives me the flexibility I need.

I'm thinking at the min to do option 3 to eat healthier and exercise more... see how i get on with that =)

Weight Watchers has saved my life.
I've lost 43 pounds so far in about 6 months. I get to eat everything I want in moderation and feel great!
I feel like I've taken my life back and can pretty much do anything I set out to do now!
