Hi my name is Emma. I am 21 from Australia and had a daughter a year ago.

To start off I gained weight mainly before getting pregnant I took Seroquel for sleep and it made me eat and crave the bad stuff all up I have doubled inside and I am now 100 kg I use to be very thin

I cannot interact with people in real life anymore very well.

How ever I am going to the gym and trying to do portion control (very hard food is a very emotional thing with me now!)

So far I've lost 6 kg but now I haven't lost anything for a few weeks

We have groups centering around specific diet plans such, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
