My name is Misty. I started my weight loss journey around July of 2010 by just jogging/walking and watching what I was eating (that doesn't include me doing portion control) Well after about 4 or 5 months, I lost 15 lbs. I was really excited. Well as always, things happen and times becomes hard to come by, so I would gain a few lbs, then lose a few. So in March of this year I joined WW. Since then I have lost another 15lbs. Well funds grew tight and I cancelled my membership about 2 months ago and kind of stopped tracking. I gained 5 lbs in less than a month!!!! So I'm back to tracking for the last 2 weeks and have lost 4 of those lbs. I am hoping that this forum will keep my mind on the right track and keep up what I have started.
