Hello everyone, I just restarted weight watchers for the 100th time.
Let's see I think I have put on 30 lbs since I first joined in 2002! Enough of the negativity. I have also lost to 130 during those years, so I have been seesawing. I have been a vegan and was thin then but lots of cravings. I just want to be able to eat normally and not pack on the pounds. I agree with the UK chicks that alcohol is a major diet buster, and not a very good stress buster either. See you around!
