Hi! I'm new here....looking to surround myself by individuals who are also trying to change their lives via weight loss! I had a traumatic leg injury several years ago which left me with a lot of steroid weight and a medical impairment rating....went to a desk job after that...which did not help my weight issue at all! I now am post menopausal and, I admit, I've had to have some help to lose my starting amount of weight. I'm now at ALMOST 28 lbs gone...the scale is teetering between the two of them....argh! I'm looking for support and continuation of what I've started! Great to meet everyone here....looking forward to chatting with you all. I'm 7.5 weeks into my weight loss journey....hoping to not lose momentum!

I think you'll find a lot of areas that you'll be interested in, as well as a ton of people who have similar amounts to lose.

We might all be from different walks of life, but there's one thread in common between us all, and that's getting healthier. One step at a time. We want everyone to succeed.
