hey everyone!! I wish i could say i was a new member but unfortnately im not, i was 160 and have lost 35 pounds for a grand weight of 125-130 pounds. Although since my grand weight loss i have had kidnye problems and have had one removed, and have has a "miscarriage/blythe" pregnancy since. needless to say ive gained 15 to 20 pounds of the 30 back but i am now getting back on track! I have began dieting and walking. just wanted to say hello and get suggestions on the best route to loose the extra pounds, i know small numbers are often harder to loose than big results. any suggestions? im so inspired by everyone. hope you welcome me back!!!
