Hi everyone. I'm new here. I'm 31 and ready to drop some lbs & hopefully meet some nice people here doing the same thing.
My plan is calorie counting combined with whole foods approach. (i.e. limiting refined foods and eating mostly fresh produce and whole grains) I do eat meat, but not often as I just don't care for it.
I have recently joined a gym by my house so I am going tonight to start an exercise program.
Nothing fancy...just plain old diet and exercise plan. See ya 'round!
