Hey everyone! I stumbled upon this forum while doing a search for some exercise DVD's I had seen on TV. I joined a forum a while back that was based on "Fat Acceptance" but for me personally, I can't accept the way I look when I don't exactly WANT to be fat lol. I live in Southern California (Inland Empire to be specific) so if anyone is from there as well, I'd love to meet you guys! And anyone who's not, I'd love to meet y'all too haha!! Well, I don't think I need to go into my whole life story but basically I used to weigh 230 lbs when I was 18 and now I'm going on 24 and I'm down to about 200 so it's been a slow journey
Too slow for my liking :P Ultimately I'd like to find something that is "couple friendly" because my fiance would like to lose some weight too lol
I'm sure there's all kinds of threads already about this subject but I haven't really gotten a chance to dig through all the archives yet. Any help would be much appreciated though! Hopefully this forum will be the motivation I need to keep my butt on track!!
