Well Im eatting lots of fruits and veggies and low carb foods.
And exercising about a hour 5 days a week.
Lots of girls I work with are dieting/eating more healthy lately so it makes
it easier to have a support system at work too. But I get the munchies when its slow at work, so I grab some fruit instead of hitting the vending machine!
I havent seen 170 since Highschool and I dont remember the last time I weighted 145? Maybe elementary school? lol But i would LOVE to see it!!!! and be happy with the way my body looks ya know?
