Hello I need your help!
I would like women to talk to on here that I can discuss my progress(or not so progress lol) with. I am 5 ft tall and weigh 175 lbs My trainer said a goal weight for me is 120. I have been trying to lose weight for 7 months. Yes I do have a personal trainer but I can only afford to meet with himevery 2 weeks. I will supprt others on this site as well! I would like to talk about what I eat every day. And if I worked out or not and if I have lost weight. Thanks!
